The Fusion Griddle runs on either propane or natural gas and comes with the necessary parts to convert your griddle to your preferred method. With two 16,000 BTU stainless steel tube burners, you have the power you need for searing on the grill surface and complete control with the precision control knob. No other complicated functions are required, just a control button and an ignition button to start cooking.

Speaking of complications, this device can be installed right out of the box or used on a table. So if you purchase a Fusion griddle and then decide to install an outdoor kitchen in the future, the same appliance will be eliminated and can be installed along with your grill and other outdoor kitchen parts.

Back to the cooking system, the burners are fully protected from wind to prevent blowout. However, in very strong winds or other circumstances, there is an automatic shut-off control that stops the gas flow when the flame goes out.

But this device with its cooking surface is where things really get going. From above, you'll see a solid 304 stainless steel cooktop. This surface is 29 inches wide and 16 inches deep, giving you 464 square inches of cooking space. If you've ever cooked on a griddle with a stainless steel cooking surface, you know that while it's easy to cook and clean, the stainless steel doesn't distribute the heat from the burners around the cooking surface efficiently enough to spread it evenly across the entire surface, creating hot and cold spots.

The Fusion griddle has a feature that completely changes that. They have a cast iron plate attached to the bottom of the stainless steel cooktop, giving you an incredibly even cooktop from edge to edge. The only place we found the temperature to drop is the front of the cooktop, where the lip drops into the drip tray.

Please note: The Fusion griddle includes openings for natural gas and liquid propane. A propane regulator or a natural gas hose are not included in delivery (Please take precautions to secure these parts for installation). DO NOT connect the Fusion Griddle to a high pressure fuel line without appropriate regulation.
