The Fire Magic EL500 brings the craftsmanship and performance of a premium outdoor grill into spaces where gas and charcoal are not an option. With 240V power supply, it reaches temperatures of up to 700 °F – hot enough to sear, roast, and cook anything you would expect from a high-end grill, without a propane tank or gas line in sight.

Built like a fire magic

The EL500 is made of 304 stainless steel with welded seams, a double-walled hood for excellent heat retention, and heavy grill grates – the same level of construction you will also find in Fire Magic's top gas grills. The double-walled lid retains heat more effectively than standard grills, which is especially important at high searing temperatures. This is not an entry-level electric appliance.

Available as a freestanding unit on a pedestal or as a built-in unit for installation in outdoor kitchens.

Two-zone cooking

With two independent burners, you can operate different temperatures on each side of the grill at the same time. Sear a steak on one side at high heat while roasting vegetables on the other side at a lower temperature. This is the same approach you would take with a gas grill with two burners – the EL500 simply gives you more precise and consistent control over each zone.

Constant heat, no attacks

Electric heating elements generate even, consistent heat across the entire cooking surface. There are no hot spots to chase, no flare-ups from dripping fat, and no wind to affect your temperature. Yes, you still get real grilled flavor
