The comfort of mobility without compromising on performance. Despite its lightweight design, this wood-fired oven offers the power of traditional models: It reaches temperatures of up to 300 °C in just 20 minutes and bakes a pizza in only 2 minutes.
This versatile oven not only delivers pizza but also long-lasting heat, ideal for baking bread, preparing vegetable dishes, as well as roasting or slow-cooking meat and fish. Equipped with a built-in thermometer, it provides accurate temperature readings in the cooking chamber, thus ensuring precise cooking control and exceptional culinary results.

This oven starts with an insulation layer under the 1.25-inch thick, food-grade refractory firebrick. The inner dome of the oven is made of 430 stainless steel, which is wrapped with insulation.
The cooking chamber floor is 24″ wide and 16″ deep.
The door opening is 15.5 inches wide and 5.5 inches high.
Due to its compact size, the Clementino delivers an incredibly even cooking result.

We will send your order carefully packaged and reliably within Germany. We deliver smaller items via parcel service, while large appliances such as grills, smokers and pizza ovens are transported via a freight company.
