Safely packaged and delivered to you quickly – this is how shipping works.
Delivery
We will send your order carefully packaged and reliably. Smaller items are sent by parcel service, large devices such as smokers and outdoor grills are delivered by a freight company.

Delivery times

The stated delivery times begin - in the case of advance payment, on the day after receipt of payment, otherwise on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline ends on the next working day.
Delivery area
We deliver within Germany. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us in advance - we will be happy to make you an individual offer.
Forwarding delivery – good to know
- The shipping company will arrange a delivery date with you in advance.
- Delivery is usually made to the curb.
- Please check the goods upon delivery for visible transport damage and, if necessary, note this on the delivery note.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email - for parcel shipments including a tracking number for tracking.
