The cooking body has been redesigned for greater rigidity and consistent performance, and the arrangement can now be easily reversed for left- or right-handed cooking. Increased use of bolt-on components increases ease of maintenance and durability, while a redesigned charcoal basket and all-new bottom shelf improve everyday usability.
