With a cooking area of 254 square inches, the Asado is sized to handle medium to large cuts of meat while maintaining efficient fuel consumption. It features Coyote's signature stainless steel smoking grate for effective heat distribution and features adjustable ventilation that gives you precise control over airflow and temperature.
Whether you're smoking, grilling, or even baking, this device offers flexibility. It supports smoking, searing or grilling modes for different cooking styles. To expand functionality, accessories such as pizza stones, heat deflectors, „chicken thrones“, grippers and more are available.
