Our heat management system and Yoder Smokers' adaptive ACS control system with dual integrated food probes deliver results similar to a wood-fired offset oven. Combining a pellet grill and an old-fashioned wood pit creates an incredible smoker designed with top-notch results in mind.

The 26″ x 54″ cooking space features two 25″ x 26.5″ cooking racks on the main level, giving you 1,325 square inches of cooking space, while the pull-out shelf on the second level adds another 898 square inches of cooking space. The Cimarron was designed to easily prepare an entire barbecue competition. It gives you the space you need to move the food around as needed and allows the heat and smoke to envelop the meat, resulting in a better bark and flavor. This fully loaded unit features a 40-pound „firebox-style“ hopper with pellet unloading capability and a boiler-style door. The pellet dumper allows for changing pellet flavors or the ability to dump it for longer trips! Are you ready?
