We will send your order carefully packaged and reliably within Germany. We deliver smaller items via parcel service, while large appliances such as grills, smokers and pizza ovens are transported via a freight company.
Delivery time and shipping costs
- Free Shipping within Germany from an order value of €150.
- Parcel shipping: Delivery usually within 2-5 working days.
- Freight forwarding for large appliances: 5-12 working days, delivery date by arrangement.
- The exact shipping costs are displayed transparently in the shopping cart and at checkout.
Delivery & Acceptance
For freight forwarding deliveries, the logistics partner will arrange an appointment with you in advance. Please check the goods upon delivery for visible transport damage and, if necessary, note this directly on the delivery note.
